Knitted Mobile Phone Sock

Finished Size: 10.5 x 6.5cm
Materials:1 pair 4mm knitting needles (US size 6) (UK- size 8)
Yarn Needle Yarn: Moda Vera Jelly 50g Ball (colour no: 02)
Tension/Gauge: 5 Sts & 8 rows = 1 inch in stocking stitch
To make sock cast on 14 Sts.
Knit in stocking stitch (knit 1 row, purl 1 row) until work measures 22cms (or desired length).
Cast off. With right sides together, fold in half lengthways so that cast on and off edges meet. Using backstitch join side seams. Turn to right side. Your sock is now finished.
If you have a larger sized mobile phone you can make the sock larger by casting on more stitches or increasing the length. It's also fun to experiment with different yarn and needle sizes.

Keroppi Cross Stitch

Heres a pic of a Keroppi cross stitch I have done, it's now in a frame and displayed in my kitchen.
You can find heaps of Sanrio characters (including the ever popular Hello Kitty) to cross stitch here ---> http://www.geocities.com/sanrioxstitch/crafts/index.html

Mummys Little Boy

This is a layout I created on my son (sorry bout the flash on the photo) using Kaisercraft patterned paper and Kaisercraft simple plans.

I have changed the layout a little to the way I liked it and added hidden journalling behind his photo about how much of a mummys boy he is.

Simple plans can be viewed at http://www.kaisercraft.net/au-nz/project-sheets/simple-plans and I used Simple plan 4 for this layout.

DIY and Free Crafts

My forum is constantly been spammed so I will slowly be transferring all the info here. This will include any free crafts I find on the net and also any projects I create myself will also be included here.
If there is a free craft on the net or one you have created you'd like to feature here, feel free to contact me and I'll add it. I'll also be adding my cardmaking projects here from my cardmaking blog and closing that down.
